From coordinating visits to the Allendale Association, a non-profit organization benefiting youth facing behavioral health challenges, to actively participating in the Youth Guidance Program, Jones consistently uses his platform to uplift and guide troubled young individuals towards a better, more hopeful future."

Ryan Poles knows that this award means a lot in Chicago.

"This award probably means more to this club than any other club in the National Football League," Poles said. "For what Walter Payton stood for as a Chicago Bear, we're looking for guys that have those same characteristics in how they're changing the community, especially here in Chicago.
